Welcome to Moqsira. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using Moqsira, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Moqsira is operated and offered by Ashan M. (Individual Developer) (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

 

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Moqsira.
• If you are between 13–18, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent/guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• By using Moqsira, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

 

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account details (like passwords) secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Moqsira is a community platform. To keep it safe:

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

 

5. Marketplace & Payments

• Moqsira may allow you to buy or sell products/services through our marketplace.
• Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers — we do not store your complete card or UPI details.
• All transactions are the responsibility of the buyer and seller. Moqsira is not liable for disputes unless required by law.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All rights to Moqsira’s platform, features, and branding belong to Ashan M.
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, use, and distribute your content within Moqsira for service purposes.
• You retain full ownership of your content.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• We work hard to provide a safe and reliable platform, but Moqsira is offered “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Engage in harmful or illegal activity, or
• Misuse our Services.
